Tech ED 2005 Driving Guide.

The residents of Florida are mostly retirees. As we get old we do not care what people think. As this applies to driving in Orlando the resident will either travel 90 or 5 mph. He can not be expected to see that you are there. So if you going with the traffic at 55 MPH he will pull right out infront of you going 5 MPH.

The tourist will drive how ever he drives at home. This may mean that he drives on the wrong side of the road or drives like me (see Driving Guide for The Greater Boston Area.)

So watch out and hang on.

Driving Guide for The Greater Boston Area

As a resident of Boston, MA with 25 years of driving experience, I am uniquely qualified to provide you with the guide on how to survive driving in Boston.

There are three things to keep in mind when driven in and around Boston.

  1. We think that if you are "Not from 'round here" you should not be driving.
  2. If you are a "BAD" driver you must not be from " 'round here".

Be careful to follow this guide:

  1. Show no mercy.
  2. A turn signal is a sign of weakness, never use it.
  3. If you see someone with a turn signal cut them off.
  4. When changing lanes, force car out of your way with any or all of these approaches:
Convice the other car that you don't see him, by not looking at him.
Convice the other car that you are insane by swearing maddly.
Convice the other car that you are stoned out of your mind.
  5. If traffic is slow ride in the break down lane and pass them.
Never beak down in the break down lane, it is a sign that you are "Not from 'round here" any acciident from this wreckless behavior will be your fault.
  6. Never drive under 75 on the highway.
  7. Never drive under 75 in the city.
